I got my SASE back yesterday from Asimov’s. They included a form rejection along with the first page of my story. I’d told them it was disposable, but I assume they did that just so I knew which story they were rejecting, as the letter wasn’t personalized in any way. Oh well.

Wow, that was one of the fastest responses I’ve ever gotten for a submission. Fantasy and Science Fiction rejected “Trust Mother’s Instinct.” Oh well. I knew that magazine was going to be hard to get into, since the website says that they get lots of fantasy submissions.
